Currently, I have several fly fishing lots for sale in Southern Colorado. They truly are stunning and I sort of fell into the area. I've lived in Colorado my entire life, but had never spent much time exploring the San Luis Valley. A past client of mine has a beautiful lot for sale that sits in a gated subdivision, on a pond with the Conejos River flowing right through the subdivision. Through my marketing efforts for her lot, I secured 6 additional lots in Sheep Creek and the neighboring subdivision of Bear Creek. Both are gated mountain communities, a real fly fisher's paradise!
